If you would like to maximize your blog for making money from ads and adsense the 3 column themes works best.

The Theme “Green Joy” at http://www.templates-free.com/ is also a nice theme to use if you want to use your word press site as a web site and not blog. It has a drop down menu at the links at the top which makes it easy to navigate
